Good that you folks are out there. So often, things become obsolete soon after introduction, and parts become unavailable. I'm repainting our swing today, and the new awning will make the whole unit look new.

Good service. The item was just what I wanted. The part was not available in any retail stores. Garden Winds as an available outlet prevented me from discarding the entire swing.

The main problem was having to wait almost two months, but I understand. I wish I or someone at Garden Winds had questioned the color of the swing canopy, because the swing is green, but the canopy came tan. Lastly, there is not an eight of an inch to spare in fact the canopy is so tight to the frame that you can see the stress at certain points on the top of the canopy as it stretches over the main ridge bar. Hopefully the material will give some. Otherwise, I an satisfied with the product and your assistance.

The product came in good condition in a timely manner. The only adverse matter was the color. The color is okay, but not the original color of the swing set. Therefore, probably next year or at least within the next couple of years the swing will be replaced. I love the original color with the vague design, but the beige is just not as attractive. The original color of sage green with a pattern was much prettier. I am sorry you folks do not carry that anymore. It is a very good sturdy swing set which makes it hard to give up.
