Great Service. Large bottom tier was perfect for my Lowe's model. Small top tier was a half an inch too snug to fit over the four metal spokes. It ripped when I tried to make it fit so I am doing without it. I am OK with the "skylight" as I only use the gazebo as shade from the sun. Submitted by: Deena

Garden Winds Customer Service is excellent. The department went above excellent service and sent a replacement gazebo top after the standard warranty time had expired. We purchased the replacement top last Fall, but didn't open it until this Spring. The new top was defective, but Garden Winds replaced the top anyway. I would recommend Garden Winds to anyone considering a purchase from the company. Thank You.
