Service was fast and accurate. Cushion fit fine had better material than original, but slightly thinner.

Was satisfied with the colors of the cushion. The actual cushion is very dense (thin) compared to what we originally had. You can feel the bottom of the swing when you sit on it. We did not have that issue with the original cushion. Sorry for sounding negative. We were very excited when we found a place to order the replacement cushion and canopy. The canopy was the biggest disappointment.

The reason why I ordered this to begin with is we had a couple of severe weather storms come through, and during one storm, our swing seat was hit by lightning. During another storm, we had significant hail damage and we had to replace the canopy, but that is for a different review. The striped material used for this cushion is very sturdy, much better than what originally came on our swing. It is also very attractive. However, the quality of the inner foam/cushion is sorely lacking. We sat on our swing after putting this new cushion on, and we could feel the seat underneath us. It was as if we were not sitting on a cushion, whereas our original cushion was very comfy and quite nice to sit upon. I am actually thinking of slitting open the seat itself from underneath the flap, pulling out the inner foam/cushion that is in there and putting in our former inner foam/cushion since it was so much more comfortable. So, my review is mixed, and I did give it a Satisfactory rating and not a Poor rating because of the appearance. Yes, the material is very attractive and sturdy, but the product used for the inside cushion is very lacking and, on ours, we feel like we are sitting directly on the webbed seat itself.
