For special thatch projects that require fire retardant treatment, Garden Winds offers state of the art flame retardant protection from Flame Stop. Flame Stop's products are pyrolytic formulations that prevent flame from spreading by developing a chemically self-extinguishing reaction. The fire retardants that we offer have all been tested by the United States Testing Company in accordance with the various UL, ASTM, UBC and NFPA standards.
